I’ve been investing in real estate since 2013, and over the years I’ve flipped more than 75 homes, navigated market swings, and learned firsthand what it takes to build a profitable and sustainable investing business. The wins, the mistakes, the surprises, and the lessons are exactly what shaped the systems and strategies I now teach.
Copper & Birch Company grew from a simple belief: real estate investors shouldn’t have to figure everything out on their own. As a licensed Realtor in the State of Missouri, I also bring a boots-on-the-ground perspective to the buying and selling side, especially for investors who want an agent who “gets it.” From finding the right property to maximizing ROI through thoughtful design, you don’t have to navigate this industry alone.
